This is a made-to-order neon sign.
- Your order will be delivered in a safe and resistant box, specially made for mail order. For glass neon signs we use triple protection with wooden box, carton box and special technical cotton wool.
All of our neon signs are handmade. Production time is 5-7 business days. Shipping is 5-7 business days. To deliver it to you we usually use UPS, FedEx, TNT (depends on destination). Please contact us if you didn't recieve your package within 14 business days since purchasing.

All our shipments come with online tracking number that you will receive once your order is dispatched.
- We ship our neon signs with different postal companies. Which type we will choose depends on when you need it and the ability to deliver this type of sign. To be sure when your sign will arrive to you please contact our support on website chat or email.
Orders will only be shipped to the shipping address provided in your account. Please make sure your address is correct.
Phone number is required for the shipping company to contact you once your delivery is on its way.
- All of our products are shipping free for our customers (delivery cost is included to final price).
- International customers are responsible for any customs or import duties after shipment was made. We do our best to protect international customers from incurring additional fees. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
- Customers take full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs and resend shipment costs if they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Delivery Standard excludes day of posting and time spent on customs clearance.
- Online tracking number will be provided to customers to track the delivery status after parcels are being posted, make sure your email address is correct in order to receive your tracking number.
- If your sign arrived with a defect - please contacts us as soon as possible. If your sign broke in transit, wrong color, wrong product and so on - please contact us within 24 hours after delivery, we will reply and solve this problem: make a refund or send you a new one for free. If you contact us about the defected item after 24 hours since the item was delivered, unfortunately, we can not offer a product replacement.
- Cancelation. You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! Contact us within 1 hours after creating order for the cancellation to be applied. Please note that if you ordered a customly designed neon sign, 10% fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the design process
- Return and refund. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and not used.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photo proofs that package was not unpacked.
The customer is responsable of the returning postage cost. If you are shipping an item over $24, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

- If your neon sign started to work incorrectly (blinking, not turning on, not bright) - please, contact us. All of our products have 1 year of warranty.
- Custom and bespoke orders are not eligible for return, refund or cancelation.
